Brass is one of the most consistently requested materials we work with. Its machinability, electrical conductivity, and corrosion resistance make it a practical choice across a wide range of applications, particularly for companies in the electrical, electronics, and fluid handling industries.
A recent high-volume batch of brass turned parts was produced in-house on our sliding head machines, machined to tight tolerances and delivered on schedule. Work like this is typical of what our sliding head capability is set up for; high volumes, consistent quality, and efficient cycle times that keep costs competitive for the customer.
We work with a range of brass grades depending on application requirements, with CZ121 and CZ108 among the most common. From our Hertfordshire facility we’ve been supplying brass turned parts to companies across the UK since 1987, from one-off prototype requirements through to long-term scheduled supply.
